SMOKEY TABOO

The man who smokes pencils… is not an anime character.
He can be encountered in Enoshima on the week-end.
He does not light up his smokes nor does he inhale…
He leaves the beach pristine just as his lungs.
My question is: is he as sharp as his pencils?
