Valentine’s day!
Japan, the merry country is eating over 20% of its yearly chocolate consumption today. Millions of calories are being offered and savoured with embarrassed grins and looks… Love is sometimes indigestible, but rejoice upset stomachs, rejoice foodies, there is an alternative cure to a week of vegetable broth: literature!
